DORA meets didactics: Expertise in a compact and structured way.
We get to the heart of complex content. So everyone learns exactly what is relevant and important. Our e-learning courses convey the in-depth knowledge of DORA experts in an interactive and practical way.
The combination makes the learning success
Our e-learning courses on DORA are based on sound expertise in regulatory matters and in-depth industry knowledge. Both are provided by our co-operation partner HUG GmbH. We at epicoa GmbH mould this expertise into a structure and a didactic concept that suits your target groups. This combination creates the basis for new learning paths and learning success.

Didactic concept and design by epicoa GmbH
Modular e-learning according to target groups
We at epicoa have prepared the specialised knowledge for the respective target groups in a structured way and moulded it into a didactic concept. We have selected the appropriate methods, developed learning paths and created a motivating media mix for board members, management and operational departments in the financial sector.
Because there is often little time in everyday life apart from day-to-day business, but DORA is complex and extensive, we have organised the topic into modules. The structure follows the logic of EU compliances and the needs of the target groups.
Three companions for better learning success
Much of the Digital Operational Resilience Act only really becomes clear when it is related to your own company and your own day-to-day work. Our agent story, which runs through all modules, ensures this practical relevance. In addition to the agent Max, the two characters ‘DORAnaut’ and ‘Explainer bear’ provide structure and clarity.
In addition, small quiz questions, interactive graphics and short, practical explanatory films liven up the content and raise awareness of ICT risks and digital operational resilience in the company.
