E-learning on DORA: Interactive for self-learning
Our web-based training courses convey all content in a structured and understandable way. Customised for the financial sector - for board members, managers and the teams in the operating units.
Understanding DORA: Knowledge that really counts
A high-quality DORA training course has many aspects. The most important one is: the learners. Because they need to know what the EU compliance means and how the requirements need to be implemented. And they should understand what digital operational resilience is and what value it has. For themselves, for their company and for their customers.
It is important to us to understand the motivation, expectations and challenges of learners. That’s why we conducted several target group analyses with the DORA experts at HUG GmbH at the beginning. This formed the basis for our didactic concept, the structure of the learning content, the methods, the design, the leading figures and the stories.
Our answer to the DORA challenges
The result is an interactive web-based training (WBT) for self-learning. In technical depth, in a modern design and with practical tasks. We slowly introduce learners to the complicated subject matter and then gradually delve deeper into the Digital Operational Resilience Act. Of course, we orientate ourselves to the prior knowledge and needs of the respective target groups.
Our DORA e-learning courses consist of focussed, short modules lasting between four and 30 minutes. They can be easily integrated into everyday working life. At the end, learners have an overview of the complete DORA compliance. And exactly at the relevant depth of knowledge.
The benefit: Those affected can obtain a qualified overview of the compliance in a summarised form. We also support companies in fulfilling the DORA requirement for qualification
DORA basic knowledge:
- For the management body (26 modules)
- For managers (25 modules)
- For operational units (3 modules)
On a mission through the DORA galaxy: Knowledge that takes off!
From theory to practice
To make DORA easier to understand, we have reworded the official language into ‘normal language’. We also establish a practical link to the requirements and provide recommendations for implementation.
We use real-life case studies to illustrate digital operational resilience for companies and their customers. Interactive elements and stories raise awareness of cyber security and ICT risks.
Hand in hand with Agent Max
Put your new DORA knowledge into practice and protect your company from a dangerous hacker group! Support the agent Maxwell ‘Max’ N. Crypter on his missions. He searches the Darknet for clues to fend off cyber-attacks and recognise risks at an early stage. He needs your help!
Will you be able to recognise the threats in time? And have you chosen the right actions? Because only if everything goes well and everyone adheres to DORA can you successfully prevent the attack …
The DORAnaut takes you on a journey
‘… within the meaning of art. 17 para (3) with reference to art. 18 para (1) …’ Who is supposed to understand that? And who has time to look it all up? The Digital Operational Resilience Act often refers to other articles, paragraphs and subparagraphs in one article.
This is where DORAnaut can help you. It is your personal guide through the complex content. It whizzes through the compliance at the speed of light and presents you with the relevant passages.
But that’s not all! DORAnaut floats to the limits of the DORA galaxy and beyond. He also visits regulatory technical standards (RTS) and implementation standards (ITS) and travels to foreign EU compliance to explore unknown terms.
The explanatory bear will help you
The Digital Operational Resilience Act is not an easy read. This is where our explainer bear comes in. Step by step, it introduces the new DORA terms, explains incomprehensible abbreviations, models and important correlations.
Whether as text, audio, video or interactive graphics – the explanatory bear loves to convey content clearly and make complex content more accessible! He is passionate about converting officialese into ‘normal language’.
DORA e-learning: imparting knowledge in two phases
